"Get Fit" Tip of the Day - 4 Simple Stretches That Feel Amazing After Spending All Day On Your Feet

 

After a full day on your feet at the dealership and working out, your body deserves a little TLC to ease those tired feet and release any tightness in your lower back and hips. 

Today’s Get Fit tip of the day, 4 Simple stretches that feel amazing after spending all day on your feet! 

 

Spending a few minutes stretching is one of the best (and most overlooked) things you can do for your body because it will help improve your flexibility.

Flexibility is an essential building block for strong, balanced, healthy muscles day in and day out! Here are 4 stretches that you should be doing daily:

1.    Inchworms – do 5 slow reps 

2.    Figure 4s – hold for 30 seconds on each side

3.    Reclining Twist – hold for 30 seconds on each side

4.    Childs pose – hold for 30 seconds
